Some of you are missing the point here. It doesn't matter if the woman Eddie sent the message to was a politician or not. This is just sick and twisted. He is a public figure and his employer still allows him to express his opinions every day on the air. Imagine if this came out about a talk show host of the national level! What? Since this is just Alaska we can turn our heads the other way? He has sexually harrassed a former guest on his show - come on - that has to cross some kind of line with his employer. This man, and I use the term loosely, should be on every woman's radar as a threat. There is therapy for people like you Eddie.

I don't get the "We never knew who she was before this" thing. Just to be clear, are you under the impression that this is an isolated incidnet, or that Rep. Millett is making this up? An elected official needs Eddie to, what, get her elected even though she was just elected? Help me out here....

You think a conservative like Rep. Millett asking about the motives behind someone who she reported as sending a sexually explicit text message to is now a champion of the "Fairness Doctrine"? Folks, I'm tapping out. AA just went off the rails on this.

If AA is implying that he and the rude woman abusing pandering Eddie Burke represent "true" conservatives then I am homeless. I strongly believe in conservative principles but I can not be afiliated with these folks - I would have to take 10 showers a day.
People like Eddie and AA will do for conservatives what our phony governor has done to Alaska Republicans. She is a true RINO and has essencially driven the party into the ground. I can not be active in AK Republican politics if this troubled woman is our figure-head.
The Republican Party has lots of problems with "progressives" like Palin and Bush late in his term but they are still the party of the thinking people.
My Dem friends and family members have not changed an iota from when they believed the nonsense that spewed from their 7th grade left wing Social Studies teachers. They found comfort in the nonthinking goose stepping of the Dem party.
If you want to join a union and have people tell you how to vote you are a great fit with the Dems. There is minimal disention in the ranks on the state or national level. The Dems just march along doing what the party and union bosses say.
Look at the Libs/Dems who post on this site - you could put a small hoola hoop around their diversity of thought because there basically is none. It has gotten much worse since the Obama worship started. Even the Clintons eventually got in line with the machine.

I dont know about what was said between the 2 of them,
but it seems like Eddie had a beef with what she stands for,
not her as a person.
